After an unfortunately long hiatus, I am back on track and feeling good about moving forward. I’ve had several set-backs on my path to wellness these past few months, but i am dedicating myself fully to becoming the best i can possibly be, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually.
I recently moved in to an absolutely incredible house with my boyfriend of 2.5 years and our 2 very good friends. it’s been a wonderful journey so far, although trying and frustrating at times (it’s difficult being the only female in a house full of males, but i am doing my best to roll with the punches). i feel so blessed to be here, and i feel as if this experience is going to be an extremely positive one.
I will be posting more about my adventures here, and my trials and tribulations and doubts and fears. if there is one thing i’ve been neglecting more than my health, it’s my writing. this blog will be an outlet for me to get back into the swing of things.

this summer (particularly the month of august) was a rough one for me. i’m still working through some body issues, and striving to live a healthy lifestyle; these past few months have been rocky for me in general (emotionally, mentally, financially). lately, there’s been a lot of cigarettes, booze, weed, and crap food/eating habits but that’s all going to change. it’s september, and while i may not be going back to school, it’s time for me to take the time to learn about myself. and be better to myself, in the most basic sense of the words.
and update regularly.
this is going to be a great adventure.
namaste.
